Fashion for the Cure 2008 was primarily comprised of fashion-forward people in the bridal fashion industry who came together to raise funds for the Susan G. Koman Foundation. Joanna Bailey Weddings joined forces with De Ma Fille Bridal Boutique to create an exciting avant-garde runway show displaying high fashion trends in bridal couture at The Red Line Art Gallery in Denver. Virlena’s exposure to current trends in bridal hair made her the perfect fit for the event. The evening was a huge success in raising money for a great cause and showcasing some of Denver’s finest talent, including many high-quality vendors showing off their talents through a silent auction for proceeds donated to the cause.
